Andria Andreou
Andria Andreou is a partner in our Cyprus office. She is a UK qualified and registered lawyer with many years experience gained both in London as well as Cyprus law firms. She was admitted to the Law Society of England & Wales in 1990 and the Cyprus Bar Association in 2005. Except for her specialised knowledge in corporate and commercial law, she is well versed in establishing and supporting tax planning structures, providing proactive added value directorship, management and corporate trust services for all types of cross-border corporate vehicles, structured finance vehicles, and corporate holding structures on behalf of institutional and private clients. Andria has held a number of leadership positions during the last few years in Cyprus including head of the corporate team at a top five law firm and most recently as chief executive officer of an international corporate services provider. She is well known and recognized for her analytical, pragmatic and solution driven approach.
