Athos Equity Holdings AG
Athos Equity Holdings AG (AEH) is the group’s holding company located in Switzerland. AEH is responsible for the overall strategy of the group. AEH is owned by some senior partners and senior staff of the Athos Group. AEH monitors and decides on strategic topics taking into consideration the (ever changing) business environment of our sector. In doing so, AEH is supported by an Executive Committee seated by representatives of the shareholders of the company, which provides the Management Board with advice and guidelines.
